Jason is a brand strategist and storyteller with more than 15 years of experience across marketing, design, web and publishing. He partners with business owners and managers to bring clarity and creativity to their branding by uncovering the true essence of their organisation, understanding customer motivations, and crafting authentic brands that capture attention and imagination.
Since founding his first brand studio in 2009, Jason has expanded his expertise through running a print and promotions franchise, specialising in strategic marketing and consumer behaviour, and applying the principles of brand strategy. Today, he combines strategic thinking with creative storytelling to help businesses across New Zealand and Australia build brands that connect and endure.
Jason is a brand strategist and marketer with over 15 years experience across the marketing, design, web and promotional space, working with ambitious business owners to bring their brand to life, through physical and online marketing and create brand experiences that anticipate customer motivation and capture their attention and imagination.
Jason founded his original brand studio in 2009, and since then, has included running a print and promotions franchise, development in strategic marketing, consumer behaviour, and the practice and principles of strategic branding.
Alex brings 8 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist, specialising in Google Ads with SEO-driven strategies, managing paid media campaigns, and handling media buying for clients.
Lauren started as a PA to Jason, however this quickly grew into a Studio Assistant providing client and project support across the studio.
Jan is our Web Team Leader, who oversees project tracking and delivery, and manages our web team.
Josh brings bold and creative energy as a specialist in graphic and motion design, he delivers eye-catching solutions across branding, digital and animation.
Rachel previously worked with Jason in 2018, and has now joined the team as a graphic design specialist with an eye for creating elegant design compositions.
Ally brings a passion for words, writing marketing led content that is relevant and connects with it's target audience.
Dave works with Ledge as our technical guru who takes care of our website, email, domain hosting, and IT requirements. Effectively, he keeps the digital wheels turning.
